Qui sont Swamp ?

Souvent cité parmi les meilleurs hommages à CCR au Canada, Swamp est plus qu’un groupe hommage: c’est une ambiance. Non pas parce qu’ils tentent de ressembler ou de reproduire note pour note le groupe original mais parce qu’ils apprécient tellement leur musique qu’ils donnent chaque fois leur 100% pour recréer soigneusement l’esprit unique que véhiculait Creedence en 1969. Ils réussissent ainsi à faire vivre une expérience autant pour les connaisseurs qui aiment CCR que pour les non-initiés qui découvrent le groupe pour la première fois. Et ce depuis 2005, grâce à une énergie et une indescriptible camaraderie.

Often listed among the best tribute to CCR in Canada, Swamp is more than a band: it is an ambiance. Not because they are attempting to look or sound (note for note) like CCR but because they love their subject so much they always want to show their love as best as they can by carefully recreating the tight-but-loose spirit of Creedence. They succeed to recreate an experience for those who love the original band as much as they do, or help give the uninitiated a chance to experience what they think makes the band so great in the first place. Overall, the bandmates are loaded of something unique and special, an indescribable synergy.
